1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or doing business with Scrap Inc. (the “Company”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

2. Commercial Service Only

Scrap Inc. provides services exclusively to commercial and industrial businesses. We do not accept residential customers. You represent that you are acting on behalf of a business entity with authority to enter into these terms.

3. Drop‑Off, Weighing and Payment

  • All materials must be delivered to our facility at 1751 N Green St, Pensacola, FL 32505, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Materials are weighed on certified scales. Scale tickets are the controlling record of weight and price.
  • Payment is issued in accordance with applicable regulations and may require valid identification and business documentation.
  • Pricing is market‑based and may change without notice until a transaction is completed on the scale.

4. Prohibited and Restricted Materials

You agree not to deliver hazardous, stolen, or otherwise prohibited materials. Restricted items may include but are not limited to: sealed containers, pressurized cylinders, radioactive, explosive or biohazard materials, mercury devices, and items containing sensitive data. We may refuse service or require additional documentation at our discretion.

5. Title, Representations and Indemnity

You represent that you have lawful title to all materials you deliver and that such materials are free of liens or claims. You agree to indemnify and hold Scrap Inc. harmless from any claims, losses, fines or liabilities arising out of your breach of this section.

6. Safety and Compliance

All visitors must comply with site safety rules and staff instructions. PPE may be required in certain areas. Children and pets are not allowed in material handling areas. We may suspend or refuse service for any unsafe condition.

7. Discrepancies and Claims

Any disputes regarding weight, grade, price or payment must be raised before leaving the facility or within 3 business days of the transaction, accompanied by the original scale ticket. After that time, records of Scrap Inc. will be final.

8. Website Use

The content on this site is provided for general information and may change at any time. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or availability. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the site. All trademarks and content are the property of their respective owners.

9. Privacy and Security

Basic contact details you provide (e.g., via our contact form protected by Google reCAPTCHA) are used to respond to your inquiry and to prevent spam. By using the form you agree to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrap Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrap Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Venue for any dispute will be in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida.
